We had fun the other day making tagliatelle with a good splash of our own Sagrantino wine. The aroma and color were magnificent, extremely appealing...and the taste was heavenly. One day we ate them with my homemade ragù - another day with wild asparagus from our own garden.

Fantastic!!! I can just see you and Maurizio working in the kitchen with all the wonderful smells and the gentle working of the pasta...enjoy!
