A JUNE DAY IN NORCIA AND CASTELLUCCIO

Taking advantage of the IDEAL day of WARM/HOT weather, we took off - after a leisurely enjoyed breakfast of our homemade walnut/pecorino bread with truffle honey - for a stroll and lunch in Norcia. We then went up to the Grande Piano at its peek flowering period:

We divided our time between wonderful truffle specialties at lunch and medieval art.

It was heavenly walking amidst the endless rows / fields of canary yellow, cobalt blue, fuschia pink, delicate periwinkle, crisp white and poppy red

Mary, as always, your photos are so beautiful! I especially like the one with the back view of Maurizio, Mar and Virgola's little derriere!
