Taking advantage of the IDEAL day of WARM/HOT weather, we took off - after a leisurely enjoyed breakfast of our homemade walnut/pecorino bread with truffle honey - for a stroll and lunch in Norcia. We then went up to the Grande Piano at its peek flowering period:
We divided our time between wonderful truffle specialties at lunch and medieval art.
