Today is a day that will live in history - the inauguration of Barack Obama as President of the United States.

President Obama gives us hope for our country for the future, something we haven't had for quite awhile.

As Americans, we should be proud of this moment, but we also need to join together to support our President as he tries to solve the problems that will face him. He needs our support and our prayers for the task ahead.

What a patriotic display and hopeful sentiment! Thanks, Nancy!

Beautiful post!! I love your flashy red, white, & blue heart. I heard a Kindergarten class singing My Country Tis of Thee on Friday and my heart felt so happy. The song means so much more to me now that hope is back in DC.
