Somehow last Friday, while doing my post about the joys of spring, I forgot to take a photo of our huge artichoke plant.
We have had it for a couple of years and had a few artichokes last year, but this year's crop is a bonanza! The plant is taller than I am and is loaded with artichokes!
Yes indeed, I am grateful!
