I am very new to this world of blogging. Yesterday, I learned I have been "tagged", which means I answer a question, then link readers here to six other blogs (tag THEM). The question for me is to "tell six weird things about myself". The challenge is to decide WHICH weird things will I share. There are SO MANY!
Since this is a primarily a food and travel blog, maybe I'll start there! Here goes:
I have NEVER eaten a pickle (any kind).
I don't like dark chocolate.
I won't eat any bean except a green one.
I have been on 19 cruises, but never seen the Grand Canyon.
I have been to Florence 4 times, but never been inside the Duomo. (I will change that this summer!)
I have never taken a "hike" (unless one counts endless shopping streets...).
Brad's first answer when I asked him to offer something weird about me (he had LOTS of ideas!) related to travel, was, "You pack a little more than the average traveller to Italy." Think he was talking about the 19 pounds of jewelry I brought in my carryon last year?
"Bugalu" says, "Palma is the least weird person I know." Oh my, Sandi, we MUST meet soon for a reality check!

OK---You tagged Jerry and now he tagged me. So--I will blame you, friend. Won't get to my weirdness until Monday so you'll need to wait. 19 lbs of jewelry--I don't even come close to owning that much. Who says you're not weird?
