An easy dinner on the BBQ:
Marinate shrimp in: light soy sauce, honey, hot red pepper flakes, and a teaspoon of olive oil. Grill for a minute or two on each side.
We had these with mango and blackberries with honey yogurt, and Maytag blue cheese slaw. Sweet and salty!

Palma, for the honey yogurt - do you just mix a bit of honey with plan yogurt? Do you drain the yogurt first?

It is Trader Joe's Greek yogurt (honey flavor). I just stir it straight from the carton, put a spoon in a zip-lock bag with a corner cut off, and SQUEEZE. It is delicious with cereal too!
