Ahhh you and me both! I'm on the countdown also!! I can smell that bread and taste all that wonderful food!! And the Pecorino, mmnn! Because of you I love it with honey.
No carbs diet now but I will certainly make up for it there. Fresh pasta, tortelli OMG I'm so hungry!

I will blog about plans before I go and also blog WHILE I am there in May. Yes, I also spend LOTS of time thinking about future Italy trips!
