
So many choices! I like eggs most ways. Some of my favorites are:
Benedict: With ham, bacon, sausage, or crab cakes!

Or a nice fritatta!

Scrambled, or over easy also work for me.

I like 'em hard boiled, deviled, or in an egg salad sandwich.

It's fun dying eggs at Easter.

I loved the egg my friend, Maria, painted me last year.

Our friend, Les, loves his eggs in my carbonara!

Brad likes his made out of chocolate!

Fun post Palma! I eat omelettes, scrambled eggs (well cooked), quiche, a frittata. But I don't like anything where the yolk is intact (hard boiled, poached, fried, eggs benedict). It is almost a phobia with me!
