This one was easy! After the Graduation party I catered a couple of weeks ago, I had some leftovers I turned into new CREAMY desserts.
First, there was a little leftover coconut pie filling from these mini coconut tarts.
Second, there was a little cream cheese filling from these mini fruit tarts.
Third, there was about a cup of whipping cream leftover.
Finally, I had a little leftover triple berry filling from the pocket pies (made from leftover berries).
I whipped the 1 cup of cream, and added half to the coconut filling for a light, CREAMY coconut "moouse".
I added the other half of the whipped cream to the cream cheese filling, and topped it with the berry filling for this CREAMY dessert.
That one cup of cream made leftovers into 8 new luscious desserts!
