We had an "upside down" Christmas this year! We had coffee and opened our stockings, then had a slice of toasted panettone and some homemade eggnog with brandy around 9 a.m., thinking we would have our brunch around noon.

When I next checked in with Brad, he wasn't really hungry for brunch, and neither was I. We just felt like a snack, not a big meal, so the dip I had planned for evening became our snack, and we had brunch for dinner! It worked for us! Then, full from our dinner of Harry's Eggs, hash browns and fruit, we forgot all about dessert!

Harry's Eggs is a decadent baked egg dish that involves eggs, mushrooms, onion, sausage, salsa, and three kinds of cheese. It is so very fattening, and so delicious!
But it is Christmas, right?
