Crafts and Cookies

Tuesday, I hosted a craft day/cookie exchange, and we had so much fun! Three of my neighbors, Diana, Cindy and Maryann arrived at 11:30. We began with an appetizer and holiday pomegranate martini.

Then we got to work on making decorated paint cans, decorated jars of cranberry-orange honey, and painting ornaments.

Everyone brought cookies to share.

We took a break for a simple lunch of Italian Wedding Soup and salad.

As always, a beautiful table! And your cookies are fabulous. I am intrigued by your cranberry orange honey, and would very much like the recipe for it. Thanks and Buon Natale!!

Andrea,
Melt together: 3 cans of cranberry sauce (with berries), 1 1/2 c. honey, and a jar of orange marmalade. Makes 6-7 jars. Just save old jam jars.

Great with pork, turkey, chicken, or on toast!
