Buffalo Chicken Dip:
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar
1 c. Blue Cheese Dressing
3/4 c. Frank's hot sauce
2-3 c. shredded cooked chicken (I bought a rotisserie chicken, cut off the two breasts to use later, and shredded the rest, removing all skin, bones and yucky parts)
Preheat oven to 350. Cube cream cheese, and put in the bottom of a baking dish.
Top with grated cheddar.
Spread with blue cheese dressing.
Pour hot sauce over the top.
Bake at 350 for 10 min. Stir.
Bake another 10 min. Stir.
Add chicken. Stir. Bake another 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers and celery sticks. THIS IS SO GOOD! We had it on New Year's Eve.

Wishing you all a happy, healthy, safe and prosperous 2010!
