Chocoholics, you will be drooling on your keyboard!
During our Slow Bowl dinner in Los Alamos, we met food writer and chocolate expert, Nancy, who brought four of her latest creations to share after our meal. She made four varieties with combinations of chocolate and different textures of honey, some combined with pistachios, or layered with white chocolate. The gold varieties are decorated with either gold "luster dust", or edible gold leaf.
