Soup and Salad

It's February, with low fat dinners, and of course, I'm in a baking mood. No dessert for me for the past 3 weeks, but Brad needs something sweet, so he always has cookies.

Sunday night was tortellini in brodo (thinking of Bologna) and a yummy salad with Cara Cara oranges, some kumquats from my friend, Diana, and a lemon-balsamic-mandarine olive oil dressing.
