I had this wonderful dessert at Easter Brunch at Firenze Osteria. You can find the recipe in Fabio's and Jacopo's Cafe Firenze Cookbook.
I decided to recreate it for our friends. I made the panna cotta in wine glasses. The balsamic glaze consists of balsamic vinegar, sugar, and strawberry puree. It is oh so good poured over the top with fresh sliced strawberries!

I have a whole bowl of glaze left over! Looks like it is time for strawberry-balsamic martinis! Any other ideas?
