Pasta, Pasta, Pasta


Are you following along on the Pommodori & Vino blog? 9 brave (and now quite happy) home cooks are cooking our way through Marcella Hazen's Essentials of Italian Cooking. We have finished appetizers and soups, and yesterday, we began PASTA!

I have cooked ahead, so that my assigned blog posts will go up while I am eating my way through Bologna. There are some AMAZING, and quite simple pasta sauces coming up in the next 65 days! Follow along! You'll be seeing penne with spinach ricotta and ham; a killer, knock your taste buds off, easy, butter and rosemary sauce; and spaghetti with scallops, olive oil, garlic and hot pepper. There are pastas with veggies, cheeses, meats, fish, tomato sauces, butter sauces, cream sauces, stuffed pastas, baked pastas, and more!
