Palmabella's Passions

I am still enjoying myself during my morning lessons. I have learned at least twice as much as I thought I would/could in this short amount of time!

Friday afternoon, Sandi and Jerry arrived from Venice. We did a "nickel" tour of the piazza and market area.

We walked, shopped and a lot of wine was consumed. We sat in Piazza Santo Stefano for "happy hour".

I planned dinner at Biagi, and no one was disappointed. We had an AMAZING meal and two bottles of wine.

I tried a new pasta: tagliatelle di spinagi con burro e prosciutto! Oh my, they were good!

We all pigged out on cotoletti Bolognese. Then Jerry had an unfortunate "wine accident" (where he missed the glass, and decorated the tablecloth). We were laughing so hard, we were snorting. He did a lovely job of covering the stain with the bread basket!

It was a fun evening. Then the " three pomodori" all sat silently in the apartment with three laptops reading FB, or blogging!
