Nothing is better on a hot summer's day than gelato. Most of you know I don't do chocolate, but for some reason hazelnut and chocolate work for me. I just skipped the chocolate sauce!
I used Giada's recipe. Then I decided to add another 1/4 c. of Nutella. Then I added another 1/2 cup of cream to the strained mixture before chilling. PERFECT! Smooth and creamy! Oh my, this could be a new favorite!
