We stayed in this beautiful little town on our honeymoon 9 years ago (a year after we got married). It is wonderful to be back!

After coffee in the piazza, we walked up the street to the lovely Villa Cipriani Hotel's garden.

Since it was almost noon, it sounded like a good idea to have a glass of wine. It arrived with fried zucchini flowers and little prosciutto/cheese grilled sandwiches!

Then we walked up to the hotel we stayed at on our honeymoon. It is just as lovely as it was then.

We did a little shopping, and I found a couple of great Christmas gifts for friends. Also, the food shop in town is delightful, with tastes of cheese and grappa!

No wonder this little town is called the "jewel of the Veneto".
