Wow. You would not BELIEVE the stuff I used to do when miniature houses were my hobby in my 30s and 40s. I built many large "doll houses": Victorian, Halloween, Beach House, Spanish Villa, Christmas house, etc. Because they were taking over my house, I moved to smaller projects, called "room boxes". I donated many to charity auctions, to friends' kids, etc. All I have left is this "therapy office" in my therapy office. (Well, there IS a 3 story Tudor B&B in my garage that takes up almost as much space as my car would...
If you look at the box from the other side, you see the "waiting room".

That is perfect for your waiting room. But you have me wondering about a 3 story B&B in the garage. Is it still furnished? That must have been a tremendous project.
