Cooking for Jerry and Paul

By the time you are reading this, Brad and I will be hopefully winning the "big bucks" in Las Vegas with Jerry and Paul.

I've enjoyed cooking and baking for Jerry and Paul. They are not picky eaters, and appreciate the food! I'll share the last three nights of our dinners in Palm Desert:


Hot Fennel Dip


Stuffed Flank Steak, Italian Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus


Butterscotch Budino


MondayNight (my long work day)

Palmabella's Pate


"Not your Mom's Mac& Cheese", Parmesan Chicken, Broccoli Slaw


Gingerbread Cheesecake


Tuesday Night:

Asiago cheese (carried home from Asiago Italy) with strawberry-balsamic-peperocino jam and honey


Grilled Pork chops with balsamic glaze, veggies, pumpkin polenta


Nutella gelato with nutella sandwich cookies (the boys had homemade fudge sauce on theirs)

It's so nice to imagine you four together. I know you all are enjoying each other's company. You are hostess supreme and I know Jerry and Paul are very very greatful guests. Have fun and be lucky in Vegas!


Can I come and stay with you for awhile? I'll buy the ingredients if you'll do the cooking, I'll even do the prep and clean-up!!
