Season's Eating: 2010

I participated in the foodie blogging gift exchange called Season's Eatings, hosted by Katie of Thyme for Cooking. This is my third year, and my gift came all the way from Australia! I recieved "Aussie foods" of some Macademia snacks and a jar of a wonderful spice blend called "Red Kellys Tasmania Devil Dust" from Kate at Manningroad.

I finally tried out the spices tonight. Since there is plenty of paprika in the mix, I mixed some honey, softened butter and lemon juice, poured it over two chicken breasts, and then covered them with the Devil Dust and some salt and pepper. I baked them at 350 for 30 minutes. PERFECT, juicy and delicious! How easy was THAT?

Thanks, Kate, and Happy New Year!
