A simple weeknight dinner is pasta with langoustines.
1/2 pound angel hair pasta
1 T. olive oil
2 T. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t. crushed peperocino
2 T. chopped Italian parsley
1 bag Trader Joe's langousties, thawed (already cooked)
freshly grated parmigiano
Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add garlic and cook for a minute. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. To skillet, add langoustines, chili flakes, salt and pepper and cook until all ingredients are heated through and warm. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Top with parsley and parmigiano.

The cheese is optional, but I like cheese even on seafood pasta. (If I order it in Italy, I don't ask.)
