We were ready to hunker down for the "BIG STORM" this weekend! We got a few sprinkles on Saturday morning, but by 10 a.m., the sky was blue and the sun was shining. Just in case we were housebound, I made a quick batch of Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars from March, 2011 Bon Appetit.
