Off to Bologna

I am really enjoying these TINY blog blasts from my iPad. When I get home, I will go back and blog LONG detailed posts on each day with .ots of photos, but for now, these take 5 minutes with my second caffe latte!

With some help from Shannon on the vaporetto, we left Venice, and headed to Piazelle Roma to pick up our rental car. We left Venice about 10:30 and were in Bolagna a little after noon. We spent the afternoon doing a little prep work for our group, and had a nice nap. Saturday night we had an appertivo, then our "belated birthday dinner" at Diana. We enjoyed a free concert in Piazza Maggiore with coffee and grappa. It was a perfect first night in Bologna!
