
One of my colleagues gave me a jar of home made preserved lemons. I have been thinking of how to use them. I decided to try a risotto with asparagus and the lemons, and I also added some spicy Italian sausage. It was REALLY good, with various layers of flavor! The lemon was great with the asparagus, and together, they cut some of the heat from the spicy sausage. I will make this again!
