Today, Sunday, we had a leisurely day in Bologna. After breakfast, we returned our car to the airport, and hung out for a while in Piazza Santo Stefano, THE place to be on a Sunday around noon. Lots of energy, and people out for a stroll, a prosecco, or late morning coffee. We did some wine shopping, and had a gelato for lunch.

I love Bologna as well (and a certain wonderful family who live there). anxious for your updates!! (too bad your photos are so "pixely" on my Mac...I never had that problem before. Oh well, I know the food pictures are the best)!!
