Cooking with Rafaella

Our six chefs did an amazing job with expert guidance from Rafaella and her helper, Adrianna, from Bluone Cooking and Tours. We had wonderful local antipasti, fried zucchini flowers, tortellini with butter and sage, garganelli with prosciutto, baked, herbed tomatoes and eggplant. Rafaella's semifreddo and chocolate tart were to die for!
