Palmabella's Italy Day 9: Cooking with Rafaella

Rafaella was ready for us. We had five chefs, and their coach and helper (me). First thing to do was prep veggies, chop herbs and make a filling for the pasta! Wash your hands, put on your aprons and get to work!
