Asparagus-Melon Salad


This recipe is from Giada De Laurentiis for an interesting combination of grilled asparagus, mozzarella, canteloupe (or Tuscan melon), crispy prosciutto and toasted pine nuts!

(I would reduce the lemon juice slightly next time.)

It makes a colorful and refreshing summer side dish.
