Season with salt and pepper, then throw a couple of boneless pork chops on the grill. While Brad watched the pork, I melted 1 T. of butter in a skillet and added 2 fresh peaches, (peeled, pitted and sliced), 1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar, and a splash of Amaretto. When the pork chops are done, top with peaches. SO easy, and SO good!
