Le Marche is just beautiful. I was surprised to see such a variety of landscapes. Within an hours drive you can be high in the mountains where no grapes or olives can be grown, to gentle rolling hills for grazing sheep, to fantastic seaside villages with really nice beaches with real sand,to perfect sized cities. You will love it!

Palma Hi,
We are also going to this new (for us) region soon. But we will be there mid-October, so one month after you. Do you have a plan yet for where to visit, stay, etc.? We will be in Ascoli Piceno for 5 days and travel in the area. Have a great time !!

Palma,
I have enjoyed your page for the past several years. I can't wait to read your messages from Le Marche, a region we have been wanting to tour. We travel to Italy every other year or so, and rural Umbria has been our recent favorite place to stay. Love the music that accompanies today's video. We discovered Zucchero on this years trip. Buon Viaggio!
