We were so sad to learn that our favorite Las Vegas restaurant, Rosemary's, has closed forever!
On a brighter note, we discovered another wonderful off-the-strip place to dine: Vintner Grill got big thumbs up from both of us!

Let's start with the setting. The place is beautifully done in shades of lime green and white. A great entry, beautiful bar, lounge, and gorgeous patio await you!

The outdoor areas are just as inviting:

The menu is wonderful! It comes on an unassuming clipboard. There is a full page of cheese selections, and the wine list is amazing. They even had a Verdicchio from Le Marche!

Ok, let's get to the food! First came a fabulous basket of rolls, olive bread, and brioche with butter and olive oils for dipping (one with garlic and peperocino, and one with basil).
We were there for lunch, so I had a wood-fired flatbread with Italian sausage, burrata, pesto and fennel pollen!

Brad's black pepper tagliatella with braised wild boar Bolognese, truffled ricotta and freshly grated nutmeg was AMAZING!

We booked a reservation for Thanksgiving, when I hope to try the pumpkin gnocchi with prosciutto, hazelnuts, gorgonzola, sage brown butter and vinocotto! I also want to try the gorgonzola panna cotta! We'll be back in November!

Everything looked wonderful! We're going to have to dine there next time we are in LV. Thanks for the recommendation!
