Fontana del Papa is just 3.5 km from the tiny town of Tolfa, high on a hill.

We ventured out to dinner, beginning with a glass of wine in the piazza. At this point in our trip, we were so relaxed, I didn't even write down the name of the restaurant, or think about blogging or the internet for 5 days...a good thing! We were served four plates of antipasti (including some fresh burrata):

We shared some gorgonzola ravioli in a noci sauce:

WAY TOO MUCH food!, but we ate as much as we could of a our maialino and braised venison:

We were SO full, we had to take a walk after dinner, eventually returning to the bar in the piazza for coffee and a grappa.
