Assuntina Antonacci is the owner of Fontana del Papa, and she is also a published author of an amazing book:

This book tells the story of the long struggle and sacrifices she and her family made after acquiring the property, to make her dream come true. Assuntina is the mother of three beautiful children: Luca, Emma and Andrea. She, and her husband, Claudio, purchased the property with a 16th century ruin, and acres of untended olive trees, visualizing what the finished resort could look like with lots of hard work and equal amounts of faith and patience. They also endured challenges and obstacles they never could have imagined! This fascinating story is told with honesty and love: for her family, friends and now her guests. It also includes many recipes that lucky guests can learn to cook, or just enjoy at Fontana del Papa!
