Our last evening at Fontana del Papa was filled with LOTS of laughter, food and wine, as we said good-byes to our new friends. Cacio e Pepe was a hit for dinner!

WAY above and beyond any expectation, Assuntina got up at 5:00 to make us coffee and say good-bye before our 5:30 departure for FCO! What a lovely friend we have made in Italy!
