Well, we know I've been baking cookies! Each year, I give friends a gift of a holiday tin of cookies. The cookies are done, and it is time to assemble the gifts. I needed 5 for tomorrow, and will do another 13 next week. I can't wait until I have refrigerator space again, as I have 22 large Rubbermade storage containers full of cookies (in 2 fridges), and some in the garage where it is cool enough.
I began the assembly line:

I use cupcake papers to keep the cookies neat, and square tins from Michael's. Some friends return the tins to me in hopes of getting cookies again the following year!

Aren't they cute? I love the see-through lids!

Palma, these pictures and your creativity should be in a magazine! Great job, as usual, and they look too pretty to eat!

We've been eating a batch of cookies I made out of your 2010 cookie tin. Guess I should have given it back to you for a refill!
