I'm not sure how it got be be December, but there is always too much to do.
Here is my list:
One Christmas tree is up and decorated: done
Another Christmas tree up, ornaments go on Friday
Rest of house decorated: done
Outside lights: Brad's job on Friday (my part is the prodding and maybe some nagging)
47 dozen cookies: done
Another 50 or so dozen to come
Holiday newsletter written, but not yet printed
Cards: not done
One holiday party next week: finish cleaning house (Party on 12/9 motivated getting this far!)
In charge of professional organization party (at a hotel):8 centerpieces to make Sunday
Holiday luncheon for my interns: plan and cook
Holiday shopping: done except a few stocking stuffers
Wrap presents: after Dec 14h I'll have time
Catering a party January 8th:planning menu now
Assemble cookie tins for gifts: when I'm done baking!
I'm also extra busy at work, and have to have a root canal. Still, I feel like I'm in pretty good shape. How about YOU? I'm already looking forward to the week off between Christmas and New Year's!

Hmmmm - whatever happened to doing LESS at Christmas?
We have lights up. Christmas placemats out. My 12 batches of slice and bake cookies are frozen ready for thawing and slicing. Christmas cakes are soaking in rum and brandy. Shopping done.
Still have to decorate house, wrap, mail gifts to family and friends afar.
