I hosted a Holiday Brunch Wednesday for my interns, Dany, Nora, Senorina, Laura and Karla.
After our supervision, we enjoyed "Harry's Eggs" (an egg, sausage, mushroom, onion, salsa, three cheese dish), oranges and bananas with ginger syrup and crushed amaretti, and New York style coffee cake.
There were plenty of cookies for dessert.
