I am in charge of centerpieces for my professional association's Holiday party. I'll show you those next week, but let's just say I needed easy cookies...fast, and LOTS of them! These were perfect! I call them CHEATER COOKIES, because they begin with refrigerator dough. I don't mind a little fussing for my friends, but these were great for my centerpieces! Brad loves them!
Monster Cookie Bars
1 1/2 giant rolls (30 oz) of refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough (I bought 3 and did these twice)
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 c. Holiday M&Ms
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped peanuts (optional)
Line a 10x15" baking dish with foil, and lightly spray with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and press into pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350. Cut into bars. Makes 80 bars
