
I am not a big fan of cookies with chocolate, so these are easy, delicious, and look great!
1 package yellow cake mix
2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
3/4 c. melted butter
1 12 oz. jar seedless raspberry jam
1 T. water
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats and butter until crumbly. Press 3 cups of the mixture in the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 10 min. Cool 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, stir preserves and water. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture, and bake 25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars.
