Last Friday, we hosted this year's Book Club Holiday Party. Cathy brought a gorgeous and delicious antipasti platter:

Brad and I made three stuffed pork loins, wrapped in prosciutto, then puff pastry:

Nancy brought yummy scalloped potatoes:

Madonna brought lots of good champagne, Maria brought a wonderful salad with apples, goat cheese, crispy prosciutto and toasted pine nuts, and Linda brought a veggie platter and asparagus:

Everyone brought a holiday spirit, and a good appetite!

Maria, our artist, modeled the Raffaello apron I brought her from Urbino:

We cracked into the rum cake under the "Golden Cage".

The nutella cheesecake went pretty fast!

More wine, after dinner drinks, and fun!

I love my book club friends!

Bookclub Party for couples was sooo much fun, and just look at that lovely feast we put on with flair excellence! The rum cake with spun sugar was a definite hit with our crowd!
