My new favorite restaurant in Palm Desert is Piero's PizzaVino!
We went on Friday night, with Cathy and Dennis, for our second visit. It was just as good as the first time!
After calamari appetizers, we enjoyed their pizza! They have a pizza oven where the pizza's are cooked for 90 seconds at 850 degrees! Whatever they are doing, they are making great pizza crust, with wonderful toppings.
I had a Cacio e Pepe pizza!
Brad tried the Carbonara pizza with real guanciale and a fried egg on top!
There is a nice wine list, great looking desserts, and fabulous coffee. It is a winner!
