My friend, Jan, just celebrated a "big" birthday. I am RIGHT behind her with the "I can't believe we're 60!" We went out to lunch, talked non-stop, opened presents, and planned a couple's get-together soon.
Our salad's were delicious! Jan had a curry chicken salad, and I had a chicken Waldorf:
