Isn't it fun to discover a new restaurant you really like? We did just that in Las Vegas last weekend: LUCIO'S.
It is in an older building, in a strip mall, that you would pass right by without noticing. Brad did some research on his Zagat app, and Lucio's received a whopping 28 point rating! Using the Open Table app, we had an instant reservation at the click of the i-Phone. We were greeted by REAL Italian waiters, quite pleased when I spoke in Italian. Our waiter, Fabrizio, was born in Torino, but also spoke my mom's Barese dialect of his parents.
For our first course, we shared a lovely spinach-sausage risotto. It was WONDERFUL!

For our second course, we shared veal saltimbocca, and it was also delicious.

We enjoyed the live music (a trio with a Sinatra-style crooner), and Fabrizio brought us a tiramisu on the house. Dinner with wine and tip came to $92, a BARGAIN in Vegas!
