We've had a couple of busy days in Bologna. We've been cooking with Rafaella and Francesca, had a market tour, a day trip to Dozza, walks around town, and a hot Saturday night in Bologna! There's been wonderful food, LOTS of vino, and little time to blog!

The cooking class looked like it was an "Advanced Class". You all made the pasta look perfect!!!! I could almost smell it cooking all the way here in Fresno. Great job everyone!!!
