Another intern's birthday meant another reason to bake treats for work! These were fun and easy to make. I found the recipe at Foodsnots.com.
Begin by making brownie batter. Use your favorite recipe or a Brownie Mix. Spoon one Tablespoon of brownie batter in each of 12 paper-lined muffin tin cups.
Next, spread 24 Oreos with peanut butter. Stack two into each muffin cup.
Top with brownie batter. No spreading is necessary. The batter will spread and coat the Oreos and peanut butter in the oven.
Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
