Our temperatures this week have been 111-115 with an unusual amount of humidity for us. TOO hot to turn on the oven (or even the BBQ)! We all enjoyed our salad night with figs, melon and prosciutto, tuna salad with eggs and a Caprese with basil from the garden. Cookies for desert!
Today we are off to San Diego for the weekend and THEIR "heat wave" of 85! That a nice break. Perfect beach weather!
