Early morning is my favorite time of day. The "almost fall" light is amazing. It is quiet, except for the sounds of birds. I sit with my coffee and THINK.
I PLAN. I make LISTS. I NOTICE things...like the butterflies in the yard, or the new bird's nest in the olive tree, or the one late gardenia that is blooming.
It is my alone time to organize, to sit quietly before the busy day begins. It is a beautiful time of the day.
Sometimes we do need to stop and smell the roses.

I LOVE this post! Yes, the quietness of morning, the fresh Fall air, the birds, the butterflies, the Lord and me...........just hangin' out as I say to Him each day, "THANK YOU for all my blessings"! And YOU, sister Palma are one of them!!! Wonderful post!
