I tried out my handy new cooking toy from Sur La Table to make stuffed lamb burgers.
I used 1 pound of ground lamb mixed with 1/3 pound of ground beef, and some seasoning. First you put some of the mixture into the mold.
You used the lid to make an indentation.
Fill the burger with your favorite filling. I used a gorgonzola-cream cheese mixture. Spread it evenly.
Add a little more meat on top, and the tool will give it a good seal.
Throw them on the grill. YUM! What combinations can you think of?
